Early Childhood Centers (ECC) serve as a vital foundation for the youngest members of our community, and there is a pressing need for Jewish educators to enrich our classrooms.

ElevatEd is on the lookout for dedicated individuals who are eager to learn about early childhood education. No prior experience is necessary, as we offer comprehensive training to prepare you for the role of a Jewish early childhood substitute educator.

Engage, learn, and connect while contributing to the vibrant local Jewish early childhood community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete the online pre-service training provided by ElevatEd.
  • Engage with, nurture, and support the learning journey of young children in a Jewish educational setting.
  • Follow the guidance of a trusted lead educator.
  • Assist young children through various activities, transitions, and daily classroom routines.
  • Bring your enthusiasm and positivity to the early childhood environment.
  • Act as an advocate for the early childhood center within the community.
  • Ensure adherence to school policies and procedures within the classroom.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Willingness to learn about child development or prior knowledge in the field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities.
  • Must successfully pass a background check and be fingerprinted as required.
