Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Patent Associate, Counsel, or Patent Agent with a strong background in patent prosecution, particularly in cutting-edge technologies such as 5G, Wi-Fi, artificial intelligence (AI), processor and memory systems, image processing, and RF front-end.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in patent prosecution within the specified technological fields.
  • Excellent academic credentials and strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Registration with the United States Patent Trademark Office (USPTO) or eligibility to register.
  • Admission to the Bar and in good standing, or eligibility for waiver.
