- Work as a team to ensure mechanical issues are addressed and make recommendations to improve efficiency.
- Examine and identify necessary repairs and maintenance needed for vehicles.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless workflow.
- Meet productivity and quality standards while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- At least 2 years of professional mechanical experience working in automotive repair.
- Energetic, ethical, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift 70 lbs. and endure continuous crouching, bending, and turning.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Training and mentorship to help you become an expert in your field.
