Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will oversee the procurement operations for acquiring equipment, materials, and supplies. You will collaborate with various departments to collect specifications for solicitations aimed at securing services and formulating contracts. Additionally, you will evaluate financial transactions, perform variance research to ensure data integrity, and assist in fiscal oversight. Your responsibilities will also include conducting financial assessments and analyses for budget formulation and forecasting, as well as aiding in the preparation of financial documentation and board communications.

Qualifications and Skills

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience in procurement, purchasing, or finance and accounting, along with a Bachelor's Degree in social services, business or public administration, or a related discipline. An equivalent combination of education and experience is also considered qualifying. A valid California Driver's License is required for this position.
