We are seeking a skilled Winder Operator to join our team at Manpower Inc. As a Winder Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring bobbin winders, setting up and operating equipment according to manufacturing specifications, and maintaining a clean and orderly work area.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and Monitor Bobbin Winders: Ensure the smooth operation of bobbin winders, making adjustments as needed to meet manufacturing specifications.
- Set Up and Operate Equipment: Follow detailed instructions to set up and operate bobbin winders, stringing wire and adjusting counters as required.
- Maintain a Clean and Orderly Work Area: Adhere to 5S practices to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Record and Report Data: Accurately record production data and report any issues to the Direct Lead.
- Perform Additional Tasks: Assist with tasks of equal or lower classification as needed.
- Manufacturing Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
- Industrial Skills: Strong understanding of industrial equipment and processes.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately follow instructions and maintain attention to detail.
- Teamwork: Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.
