We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CT Technologist to join our Imaging Department at HCA Florida West Marion Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures, including computed tomography (CT) scans, to help diagnose and treat patients.
Key Responsibilities- Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures, including explaining the process and positioning them correctly
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures and results
- Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques to provide the highest level of patient care
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
- Registered Radiographer (ARRT) certification, with CT specialization preferred
- Florida State Registered Radiologic Technologist licensure
- Associate Degree or Vocational School Graduate in Radiology Technology
