Job Summary

Constellation Energy Generation, LLC. is seeking a highly skilled Operations Training Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our training department, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training programs to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our nuclear power plants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement training programs for nuclear operators and support staff.
  • Conduct performance-based training sessions and evaluations to ensure trainees meet the required standards.
  • Maintain current knowledge of plant operations, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and update training materials.
  • Supervise the collection and maintenance of auditable training records and reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as education, training, or a science/engineering discipline.
  • 4+ years of experience in nuclear power plant training or a related field.
  • Previous or current senior reactor operator license or SRO certification.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • 6+ years of experience in nuclear power plant training or a related field.
  • Previous experience in training program development and delivery.
