We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our CVICU team on a per diem basis, working nights from 7pm to 7:30am.
About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse in our CVICU, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
- Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence
Requirements:
- Current PA RN License
- BLS and ACLS certification required, must be completed prior to the end of the orientation period
