Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at ABARTA Coca-Cola Beverages. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining product availability and merchandising products at designated accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Replenish and face product on store shelves and displays, ensuring maximum visibility and availability.
  • Transport product between backroom and display floor using manual equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Organize and consolidate backstock, identifying and reporting inventory levels and damaged or defective product.
  • Build, change, and take down product displays, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and locating products for consumers and store personnel.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and current vehicle liability insurance.
  • Must have a driving record with no major moving violations in the last three years.
  • Must provide and maintain a personal vehicle for use during working hours.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1-year experience working in replenishment or as a merchandiser.
  • 1-year experience working in grocery, retail, consumer goods, warehousing, or related fields.
  • Straddle stacker certification and powered pallet jack certification.
