Job Description

This role reports to the Health Care Manager and is responsible for providing high-quality patient care services.

Duties:
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing and hygiene tasks.
  • Support patients in getting dressed, eating, and using the bathroom safely.
  • Maintain ongoing assessments of patients' physical and mental health, reporting any concerns to the medical team.
  • Administer medications and injections accurately, maintaining complete records of these activities.
  • Communicate effectively with patients' families regarding their condition and care.
  • Update patient charts and record observations of their condition, ensuring timely documentation.
  • Collaborate with the medical team to address patient concerns and provide optimal care.

Other duties may be assigned as necessary. This position requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and working collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Benefits and Requirements
