Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced LPN to join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse. In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless delivery of services. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, wound care, and administration of medications.
