CNC Machining Specialist

Position Overview:
As a CNC Machining Specialist, you will be responsible for the precise operation of CNC and conventional machinery, ensuring that all products meet the required specifications. Your role will involve setting up machines and assembly stations efficiently to maintain production flow.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily safety inspections to identify and rectify unsafe conditions.
- Collaborate closely with supervisors to fulfill customer requirements.
- Set up and operate CNC and conventional machines with precision.
- Recognize and replace worn or damaged tooling as necessary.
- Establish assembly stations and oversee the assembly and testing of components.
- Execute quality control measures to ensure product integrity.

Working Hours:
Various shifts are available to accommodate different schedules.

Essential Skills:
- Proficient in setting up and operating CNC and conventional machinery.
- Strong mathematical skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Educational Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.

Experience:
- 1-4 years of relevant experience in a machining environment.

Qualifications:
- Familiarity with gauges and measuring instruments.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
