Role Overview:
As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your role is to provide a warm welcome, share information, and ensure guests receive exceptional service promptly. You will assist in merchandise sales, guide guests to service counters, process transactions, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. We seek individuals who are friendly, gracious, and enjoy connecting with guests to create memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor and share insights about the winery and its offerings.
- Create engaging and memorable experiences for guests; be authentic and enjoy your role.
- Promote products and purchasing opportunities, including special tastings and membership options.
- Utilize point-of-sale systems to gather guest information and process transactions efficiently.
- Maintain a sense of urgency while ensuring guests feel attended to.
- Collaborate with team members to support overall operations of the tasting room.
- Present yourself in a professional and polished manner at all times.
- Prior experience in guest service within luxury retail, dining, or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and educate guests.
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with reservation systems and POS software; experience with AMS is a plus.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays is essential.
- Capability to stand for extended periods.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
