Role Summary:
HCA is seeking a skilled cardiologist specializing in advanced heart failure and cardiac transplantation to enhance our established program.Qualified Candidates Should:
- Manage patients with heart failure, pulmonary hypertension, and those undergoing pre- and post-transplant care, including VAD patients and ECMO support.
- Hold board certification or eligibility in cardiology with a focus on advanced heart failure and cardiac transplantation.
- Possess a minimum of two years of experience following fellowship training.
- Be certified in cardiac catheterization, endocardial biopsy, and echocardiography, with a preference for TEE certification.
- Be eligible for licensure in Texas; note that J1 and H1B cap-exempt visa sponsorship is not available.
- Have the opportunity to collaborate with a dedicated advanced heart failure team and contribute to the growth of our cardiac transplant services.
