Job Overview

The Senior Concessions Manager with Aramark is a strategic leadership position responsible for developing innovative dining solutions to meet customer needs and preferences. Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams to maximize their contributions, including recruiting, assessing, training, coaching, and managing performance. Ensure food services align with the company's Executional Framework and coach employees to execute effectively.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial business relationships. Demonstrate exceptional customer service using industry-standard models and identify client needs to effectively communicate operational progress.
  • Financial Performance and Productivity: Adopt and implement Aramark's processes and systems. Build revenue and manage budget, including cost controls for food, beverage, and labor. Achieve food and labor targets, manage resources to ensure quality and cost control within budgetary guidelines, and implement efficient operations to create value.
  • Compliance and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers, and employees. Ensure proper equipment operation and maintenance, and follow all applicable policies, rules, and regulations, including those related to safety, health, wage, and hour.
Requirements
  • Must have flexible availability, including morning, daytime, and evening shifts, as well as weekends as needed.
  • Requires at least 4 years of experience and 1-3 years in a management role.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
