Essential Qualifications:
Preferred experience in custodial training.
Experience in custodial roles involving building maintenance and equipment is beneficial.
Ability to work independently on a daily basis is essential. Knowledge of cleaning practices, janitorial equipment operation, and general labor tasks is required. Must be capable of lifting or moving items weighing up to sixty pounds.

Key Responsibilities:
Report to the designated work location for assignments.
Maintain cleanliness of floors in assigned areas, including waxing, buffing, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning as necessary.
Ensure walls, windows, trash receptacles, chalkboards, and erasers are kept clean.
Perform dusting as required.
Collect and dispose of trash in designated areas.
Replace light bulbs as needed.
Wash windows in assigned locations.
Carry out minor maintenance tasks.
Restock and clean restroom supplies in assigned areas.
Keep the Custodial Services Supervisor informed about materials and supplies needed for tasks.
Be responsible for securing the assigned area or building at night.
Install towels in cabinets within your designated area.
Report any suspicious activities to the supervisor and security personnel.
Maintain consistent attendance at work.
Perform duties in compliance with OSHA regulations.
Complete all mandatory OSHA training successfully.
Other responsibilities as assigned.

Position Level:
Buildings & Grounds, Level III - Non-Exempt - Traditional Funding, at-will employment based on a letter of employment.
Employment Duration: 4 Term, Full Time.
