Senior Financial Operations Specialist

A Prentice Ray & Associates LLC is looking for a highly motivated Senior Financial Operations Specialist to support our finance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for creating and analyzing financial reports, reconciling fiscal year obligations, and assisting with budget-related tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial systems and processes, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills. This role requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and analyze weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Reconcile fiscal year obligations and provide end-of-year actuals.
  • Assist with budget-related tasks, including the development of SOPs.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis and operations.
  • Strong understanding of financial systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Estimated Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year.
