Reports To: Cultivation Manager

Role Overview: The Cannabis Cultivation Supervisor at Glass Meadows is tasked with managing cultivation teams throughout the cannabis growth process. This position entails directing teams in various cultivation activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and communicating any challenges to the Cultivation Manager.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Team Management:
    • Offer direction and assistance to cultivation teams
    • Evaluate team performance and address any concerns
  • Operational Management:
    • Guarantee timely completion of tasks in accordance with established standards
    • Work alongside the Cultivation Manager to enhance operational processes
  • Performance Evaluation:
    • Review team performance and relay feedback to management
    • Identify opportunities for enhancement and propose solutions
  • Regulatory Compliance and Documentation:
    • Ensure adherence to regulations and maintain precise records
  • Issue Resolution:
    • Address operational and personnel challenges within the team
    • Resolve disputes and foster a positive workplace atmosphere

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in cannabis cultivation
  • Understanding of plant biology and cultivation methodologies
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities
  • Capability to thrive in a dynamic work environment

Certification Requirement:
