We are a high-end, gated RV resort and marina with villas for rent, restaurant and bar, and guest lodge in a marina setting. Our resort is located near Lakefront Airport and operated by Applebrook Homes, LLC.

About the Job:

We are seeking talented candidates who are well-rounded maintenance professionals to take on a variety of projects throughout the resort. As a full-time maintenance technician, you will be responsible for helping us maintain and enhance our RV resort and marina.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform minor electrical, plumbing, and structural repairs
  • Ensure mechanical equipment is operating properly and repaired as needed
  • Perform general building and grounds maintenance as needed, including repairs and painting
  • Install and replace floors, stairs, doors, and fencing as needed
  • Repair doors, windows, walls, ceilings, and roofs as needed
  • Follow all company safety protocols
  • Work on other special projects as requested

Requirements:

  • A sense of energy, integrity, and great attendance
  • Dedication to serving customers and a job well done
  • Able to work outdoors throughout the year
  • Able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds and actively walk through the resort
  • At least 1 year of maintenance experience required
  • Proficient with hand tools and power tools
  • Knowledge and experience with basic plumbing and electrical systems
  • Must be able to work five days from 8:30 to 4:30, including some weekends
  • Must be able to work an 8-hour shift
  • High school graduate or GED required
  • Must be within commuting distance to the resort and have reliable transportation

Compensation:

Hourly pay rate range: $16 - $18, commensurate with experience
