What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate of $22.50 with OT after 40 hours and $0.75 shift premium for third shift. Wage progression every year for 4 years, bringing switchers to $28.25/hour
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, 401K, paid days off, and paid holidays
  • Eligibility for free medical, dental, and vision coverage once you're in the union

What We Require:

  • CDL A is a plus, but not required
  • No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
  • No more than 2 preventable accidents in the last 3 years
  • No DUI/OWI in the last 5 years
