About the Role

The Customer Support Specialist plays a vital role in our ministry, serving as the first point of contact for the public and providing technical assistance to staff. To effectively carry out this responsibility, one must possess a broad knowledge of the FCA ministry and its departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to calls from the public and staff with a friendly, accurate, and efficient response, showcasing excellent customer service skills.
  • Provide entry-level support for staff in computer/technical needs, demonstrating an understanding of various software packages.
  • Offer basic hardware assistance and data entry functions, ensuring seamless support and maintaining a positive attitude throughout.
  • Share basic knowledge of cell phone technology, enabling effective troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Demonstrate the ability to handle high volumes of calls with ease, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong passion for customer service and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet the needs of others.
  • An understanding of computer hardware and software, including proficiency in various software packages.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • A spiritual rhythm, including daily prayer and Bible study, to seek God's will for FCA.

Salary and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of $42,500 - $62,500 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement planning, and opportunities for growth and development.
