Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a banking or financial services environment, with a strong background in branch operations and customer service.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, staff, and management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, with a degree in business or a related field preferred.
