Mental Health Program Coordinator

The DePaul Group is seeking a highly motivated Mental Health Program Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will assist the Director with the overall operation of our Single Room Occupancy (SRO) program and work collaboratively to ensure the safety and well-being of residents and staff.
About the RoleThis position requires a strong understanding of residential services and experience working with mentally disabled individuals. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field and at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a residential setting.
The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, daytime shift. As a member of our team, you will enjoy excellent benefits, including medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, generous PTO, paid holidays, 403B employer match, and employee discount programs.
The estimated salary for this position is $54,000-$57,000 per year, depending on experience.
Core Responsibilities- Assist the Director with resident care, staffing, physical plant maintenance, housekeeping, and security.
- Develop and maintain high-quality standards of practice in every aspect of the program.
- Work with the Director to promote positive public relations in the surrounding community, outside agencies, and the mental health system.
- Oversee the medication room and provide direct support and supervision to medication coordinators.
