Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Identify and report flaws using observation and testing.
  • Assemble materials and containers; maintain accurate records.
  • Use ERP systems for labeling and documentation.
  • Consult with supervisors on quality issues and recommend solutions.
  • Keep the work area clean and follow safety procedures.
  • Attend team meetings, contribute to continuous improvement, and perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Knowledge of the product/process being inspected.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
  • High accuracy in detailed work.
  • Effective in building relationships with vendors, customers, and colleagues.
  • Capable of influencing change and making quick, accurate decisions.
  • Proficient in written communication and basic math skills.

We offer an estimated salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
