  11. Business Travel: Regularly travel to visit existing and potential clients in the region.
Requirements:
  1. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Electrical, Power, or related fields.
  2. Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of the distribution PV market.
  3. Sales Experience: 5+ years of B2B sales experience in PV or renewable energy industry.
  4. Global Mindset: Experience working for multinational companies with a global mindset.
  5. Track Record: Proven track record of successful execution of sales targets in previous roles.
  6. PV Technical Background: PV technical background is a plus.
  7. Utilities and EPCs: Experience with utilities, EPCs, and IPPs preferred.
  8. Soft Skills: Positive, self-driven, diligent, can-do attitude, and a team player.
  9. Negotiation and Communication: Strong negotiation and communication skills to influence different customer levels.
  10. Adaptability: Fast learner with street smarts.
  11. Language: Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
  12. Travel: Able to travel on a regular basis.
  13. Location: Located in/nearby Chino Hills is preferable.
