We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Exeter Center in Exeter, NH. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients and residents.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse at Exeter Center, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop effective care plans. You will also have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and residents with complex diagnoses, enhancing your knowledge and skills in many different areas.

Responsibilities
  • Perform nursing assessments and develop effective care plans in collaboration with the nursing team and other disciplines.
  • Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians.
  • Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks and interventions are implemented.
  • Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.

Qualifications
  • Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
  • CPR Certification is required.
  • One to three years of experience working as a RN in a related setting is preferred.
