Essential Responsibilities
- Deliver medical services within the scope of training and licensure.
- Adhere to current standards of care and clinic quality criteria.
- Evaluate and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Education
- Graduation from an accredited medical school.
- Completion of a residency program in the relevant specialty.
- Computer proficiency is essential.
- Licensed to practice in the state, board certified or board eligible.
- Possession of a valid Drug Enforcement Administration number.
- Current certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation.
- Proven expertise in patient clinical management.
- Commitment to ongoing education and skill enhancement.
- Ability to meet departmental training requirements.
- Flexibility to work varied hours and respond to on-call duties.
- Eligibility for participation in Medicare and Medicaid programs.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to handle patients weighing up to 35 lbs. without assistive devices.
- Fine motor skills necessary for medical procedures.
- Capability to perform CPR for extended periods.
- Mobility to navigate the clinical environment.
- Exposure to biological hazards and medical environments.
