Bellingham, Washington, United States ReBound PT OT & Hand Therapy Full time

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist - Certified Hand Therapist to join our team at ReBound Physical, Occupational & Hand Therapies. Our clinic is a growing private practice located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, and we are looking for a like-minded clinician to work with us.

The ideal candidate will have strong manual therapy and evaluation skills, with experience in postoperative and post-trauma shoulder, elbow, and hand therapy. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will be passionate about providing exceptional care to our patients.

Responsibilities will include evaluating and treating patients referred by physicians, developing appropriate programs to restore function and maximize independence, and working closely with primary care physicians and specialists in our region. The successful candidate will be a licensed Physical Therapist/Occupational Therapist or eligible to be licensed in Washington State, and will have at least 1-2 years of hand experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat patients referred by physicians
  • Develop appropriate programs to restore function and maximize independence
  • Work closely with primary care physicians and specialists in our region
  • Supervise the implementation of each plan of care, coordinating treatment with support staff
  • Actively participate in ongoing marketing strategies and community engagement

Requirements:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist/Occupational Therapist or eligible to be licensed in Washington State
  • At least 1-2 years of hand experience
  • Strong manual therapy and evaluation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
