About the RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Rehabilitation Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you'll design and implement treatment strategies that promote physical, psychosocial, and spiritual health. Your expertise will enable patients to reach their goals through rehabilitation programs crafted specifically to individual patient needs.
Responsibilities- Design and implement treatment strategies based on scientific nursing theory related to self-care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
We're looking for a Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with a strong foundation in rehabilitation nursing. Preferred experience in Rehabilitation, Ortho, Neuro, TCU, or Medical-Surgical is a plus.
