Rehabilitation Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Nurse to join our team at Swedish Medical Center. As a Rehabilitation Nurse, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from illness or injury and regain their independence.
About the RoleAs a Rehabilitation Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
Our Rehabilitation Nurses are dedicated to delivering exceptional patient outcomes and providing a supportive and compassionate environment for our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination
- Monitor and report patient progress to the healthcare team
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
To be successful as a Rehabilitation Nurse at Swedish Medical Center, you will need:
- A current RN license in the state of Colorado
- At least 1 year of experience in rehabilitation nursing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and outcomes
