Nursefinders is seeking a skilled Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Nurse to join our team. As a NICU RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to critically ill newborns and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for premature and critically ill infants
- Administer medications and perform complex procedures as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to care plans as necessary
- Provide emotional support and education to families
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with current RN licensure
- ACLS, CCRN, and STABLE certifications preferred
