Role Overview

The HVAC Comfort Consultant will engage with clients to assess their needs and recommend the most suitable equipment to enhance their home comfort. This role is crucial in achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build rapport with clients to identify and sell appropriate products and services.
  • Develop and maintain key client relationships, effectively negotiating and closing sales.
  • Prepare accurate sales proposals that facilitate seamless transitions to the installation team.
  • Conduct site measurements and document specifications to assist the installation team.
  • Compile a comprehensive list of materials to ensure efficient installations.
  • Maintain open communication with the parts team and installation crews.
  • Provide detailed and accurate information about products and pricing to instill confidence in buyers.
  • Become knowledgeable about the local market and customer preferences.
  • Assist in setting ambitious sales objectives and propose growth strategies.

Working Conditions:

  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Capability to climb ladders and work in elevated spaces.
  • Willingness to work in attics and confined areas.
  • Adaptability to various weather conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to establish customer rapport and drive repeat business.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Flexibility to accommodate the organization’s scheduling needs.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Clear background check and successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Experience and Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in HVAC or home services.
