We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate III to join our team. As a Sales Associate III, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and personalized experience for all customers.
  • Drive sales by building strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and making recommendations.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new arrivals, trends, and promotions.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, supporting colleagues and promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging store environment.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card sales, and returns.
  • Stay organized and manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development, staying up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills, and ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with high retail traffic and sales days.
  • Physical ability to execute at a fast pace, communicate effectively with customers and team, and maneuver the sales floor, sales shelves, and stock room.

Work Setup:

BASE PAY RANGE $15.00 TO $17.00
