About the Role

Southern Health Partners is seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN Medical Team Administrator to join our team at the Boone County Jail. As a key member of our Medical Team, you will play a vital role in coordinating patient needs and plans of care in a secure and controlled environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient care and develop plans of treatment in collaboration with healthcare professionals
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care while maintaining a safe and secure environment
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to promote autonomy in practice and evidence-based decision-making
  • Support the development of nursing staff through education and training
