About the Role

Southern Health Partners is seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN Medical Team Administrator to join our team at the Boone County Jail. As a key member of our Medical Team, you will play a vital role in coordinating patient needs and plans of care in a secure and controlled environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient care and develop plans of treatment in collaboration with the Medical Team
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and services
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Manage and maintain accurate patient records and documentation

As a RN Medical Team Administrator with Southern Health Partners, you will enjoy a competitive compensation package, including up to $43/hr to $44/hr, plus a sign-on and retention bonus. Requirements
