We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Transdev. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and reliability of our vehicles.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues with vehicles, including engines, transmissions, and suspension systems.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work completed, including parts and supplies used.
- Assist with preventative maintenance, safety inspections, and annual maintenance inspections.
- Collaborate with other technicians to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred.
- Class B CDL with passenger endorsement required (or expected within 3 months of hire).
- Intermediate mechanical aptitude and 3 years of automotive or diesel repair experience (preferred) or equivalent education and experience.
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
