Compensation ranges from $40 to $46 per hour based on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:

Key Responsibilities

The Field Service Technician will focus on resolving technical issues, particularly in the controls domain. Responsibilities include:

  • Interpreting electrical schematics and technical drawings
  • Installing and replacing control components such as PCBs, switches, and relays
  • Conducting tests on circuits using various instruments
  • Performing installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment at customer sites across North America
  • Traveling frequently to customer locations, both domestically and internationally
  • Providing technical support and customer training on equipment operation
  • Documenting all software and configuration changes made during visits
  • Calibrating robotic welding systems as needed
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • At least 1 year of experience with Robotics, PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics
  • Strong proficiency with hand and power tools
  • The ability to read and understand technical documentation
  • Experience with Siemens S7 or TIA for at least 2 years
  • A willingness to learn new technologies
  • A valid passport and the ability to travel overnight
