Research and Insights Specialist

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Harnham as a Research and Insights Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing customer behavior, survey results, and industry trends to drive business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze survey data from tools like Suzy and Kantar to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with various teams to support study activation and monitor research studies for accuracy and timeliness using Salesforce.
  • Communicate regularly with third-party vendors to ensure smooth project execution and data accuracy.
  • Manage ongoing reports, deliver insights to internal stakeholders, and ensure timely results for clients and advertisers.
  • Participate in client-facing sessions, providing insights and contributing to discussions with advertisers and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in market or survey research, preferably in the media or entertainment industry.
  • Proficient in analyzing survey data, with hands-on experience using SQL for data extraction and Power BI or Tableau for data visualization.
  • Experience collaborating with third-party research vendors like Kantar and Suzy to ensure effective project execution.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with teams in research, marketing, and sales, as well as manage client interactions.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience in maintaining reports, generating insights, and monitoring studies using platforms like Salesforce.
