About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Golden State Triad LLC. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality services to students with autism and other developmental delays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct 1:1 services to students in the school setting, utilizing evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies.
  • Support teachers, staff, and students within assigned classrooms, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement ABA services and behavior plans, reducing maladaptive behaviors and increasing skill acquisition.
  • Collect and record data on student progress, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Re-enter students into classrooms, providing observation and support to ensure successful re-entry.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to school rules and procedures.
Requirements
  • RBT Certification
  • 1 year of experience with behavior services or related educational services (desired)
  • High school diploma
  • Relevant experience utilizing ABA strategies
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual abilities
  • Training in non-violent intervention techniques
  • Behavioral or other contingency management experience
  • Previous experience working within a public-school or educational setting
Working Conditions
