Role Profile:

At Diventures, we foster meaningful relationships with our customers. As a Diventures Dive Professional, you will contribute to our success by delivering exceptional experiences and building lasting connections through personalized customer service and scuba education.

As a role model, scuba educator, and equipment advisor, you will teach safe scuba practices while adhering to industry standards and best practices. You will stay up-to-date with industry developments, training methods, and Diventures product offerings.

We believe that diving in a total diving system is the safest and most comfortable way to dive. As a Dive Professional, you will recommend products that optimize each customer's safe and enjoyable diving experience, aligned with their individualized diving goals.

You will lead domestic and international diving trips (after completing Diventures trip leader certification) and help our customers explore and enjoy the underwater world.

As a collaborative team member, you will work closely with our Retail, Swim, and Travel team members and the Scuba Program Director and Scuba Experience Manager/Lead to drive positive customer experiences and profitable revenue growth.
