Position Overview

Vectra is on the lookout for a Senior Financial Analyst to bolster our corporate finance team, with a specific focus on Revenue and Gross Margin.

This role, reporting to the Director of Corporate Finance, will closely collaborate with the FP&A team and various Revenue-focused organizations.

We seek a proactive contributor who is not only highly quantitative and analytical but also adept at collaborating and influencing decisions with business partners and cross-functional teams.

This prominent finance position offers the chance to engage with C-level executives, including the CFO, CPO, and CEO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the long-range planning cycle for the organization, including the annual plan and quarterly and monthly forecast updates.
  • Support planning and forecasting efforts for Revenue and Gross Margin, encompassing long-range plans, annual financial plans, and monthly forecasts.
  • Develop financial models that align Corporate and functional initiatives, investment priorities, and efficiency goals.
  • Deliver comprehensive analysis and reporting of the business's financial outcomes, highlighting variances to plan and ensuring key issues, risks, and business drivers are clearly understood.
  • Analyze key performance indicators and financial trends, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Establish strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses as required and present findings to senior management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 4-6 years of progressive finance experience in high-growth environments, preferably within a SaaS organization.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) with a proven track record of fostering collaborative relationships across diverse teams.
  • Corporate FP&A experience is essential; experience in Revenue and Margin analysis is preferred.
  • Experience in consolidating financial results using financial planning tools is required; familiarity with Adaptive Planning is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience with Tableau or Power BI for data visualization is preferred.
  • A forward-thinking mindset with a commitment to implementing analytics and KPIs to assess and report on company performance.
  • Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel and proficiency in PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits

Vectra offers a competitive total rewards package, including cash compensation ranging from $97,400 to $150,000 USD. Actual pay may vary based on the candidate's location, experience, and relevant incumbent pay position.
