Job Title: LPN Per Diem Opportunity in New York

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at HexaQuEST Health, Inc. in New York. This is a per diem opportunity for a LPN to work on a 13-week contract.

Job Summary:

The LPN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care under the supervision of a Registered Professional Nurse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the RN
  • Provide emotional support to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements:
  • Current New York State LPN License
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Graduate of an accredited LPN program
  • Previous patient care experience preferred
