Key Responsibilities- Collect and record patient information, including vital signs and medical history.
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed by physicians.
- Treat and dress wounds and bedsores, ensuring proper wound care and prevention.
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor patients' food and liquid intake and output, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration.
- Valid New York State LPN license.
- Must be in good standing with the State Registry.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Troy Center is a 80-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility located in the South Troy section of the city.
