Key Responsibilities:
As a Property Accounting Manager, you will play a crucial role in our financial operations, ensuring the profitability of our extensive real estate portfolio. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Managing the preparation of financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for our property portfolio.
2. Ensuring adherence to all applicable financial regulations and standards.
3. Leading a team of property accountants, encouraging professional development and continuous improvement.
4. Conducting regular audits and analyses to uncover financial trends, potential risks, and growth opportunities.
5. Collaborating with property managers and other stakeholders to devise and implement effective financial strategies.

Qualifications:
To excel in this position, you will need:
1. A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. A CPA or CMA designation is advantageous.
2. At least 5 years of experience in property accounting, particularly in real estate, with managerial experience preferred.
3. Proficiency in Yardi software is essential; candidates lacking this experience will not be considered.
4. Strong financial insight, with a proven ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions.
5. Exceptional leadership abilities, with a history of cultivating high-performing teams.
6. Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
7. A meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and integrity in all aspects of your work.
