Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapy Specialist to join our team at Soliant Health in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in physical therapy and a Master's degree (or higher) from an accredited program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities, limitations, and needs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.
  • Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to address patients' specific needs and promote recovery.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Educate patients and their families on home exercises and strategies to facilitate continued progress and independence.
Requirements
  • A valid license to practice Physical Therapy in Massachusetts.
  • Previous experience in a school setting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with IEPs.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
