Job Title: Occupational Therapy Assistant Specialist - Massachusetts Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at All Medical Personnel in Massachusetts.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team to provide high-quality care to patients. The Occupational Therapy Assistant will be responsible for planning, organizing and facilitating programs through educational, sensorimotor, social and recreational activities designed to help patients adjust to their handicaps.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate with all disciplines to evaluate team goals. They will also establish and administer a treatment program with realistic and achievable goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
  • A valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment
