- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help clients achieve their mental health goals, including individual, couples, or group therapy sessions.
- Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
- Educate clients on coping mechanisms and strategies to maintain mental health.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.
- Participate in continuing education to stay current with best practices in the field.
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.
- Valid Washington State license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a behavioral health setting.
- Strong customer service and client advocacy skills.
- Training in Evidence-Based Practices and the ability to proficiently integrate skills to achieve optimal client outcomes.
- Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development.
