Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care and support to residents and visitors of West Haven.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to patient care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Requirements:

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or equivalent experience required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $43,000 - $55,000, based on relevant experience and qualifications.

Additional Information:
