  • Reporting and Tracking: Utilize PeopleNet, TMW, eLogs, Trip Manager, DOT, Company Compliance, medical, and TotalMail to track and report on driver performance, safety incidents, and other key metrics.
  • Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with drivers, dispatchers, managers, customers, vendors, and other employees to ensure a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies, and report any issues or incidents to management in a timely manner.
  • Response Time: Handle all incoming calls and respond to customers, vendors, drivers, and carriers in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of dispatch experience
  • Previous experience with PeopleNet, TMW, eLogs, and other logistics software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
