**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly qualified Laboratory Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our laboratory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory administration, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and guide a team.

**Responsibilities:**

* Oversee the daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and laboratory policies
* Supervise and train laboratory staff, providing guidance and support as needed
* Develop and implement laboratory procedures and protocols to ensure efficient and effective operations
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. biology, chemistry, medical technology)
* Florida licensure and ASCP certification required
* Minimum 3 years of laboratory experience, with prior supervisory experience preferred
